Brief Answer:
they both can be used together

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
thanks for the query to hcm,
She is likely to be suffering from middle ear infection , otitis media and pharyngitis , hence a Zpack as antibiotic and prednisolone to control inflammation has been advised. Prednisolone can be used in low doses say 5mg twice a day with Zpack.
