Question: I am on zyprexa 10 mg(onlazapine). solotik 200 mg. I want to swift at 15 mg zyprexa because i want maximum benefit from this medication how i can do it? I am shizophrenic

You can increase the dose of olanzapine maximum up to 20mg/day but under supervision.

You can increase the dose 5mg per week but not so early and only under the supervision of a psychiatrist.
