Question : A impotence formula my husband wants to ingest - prime power contains Eurycoma longifolia150 mg, Korean red ginseng 1,800 mg , primal vie (shilajit fulvic acid complex), 200 mg and grape pomace w Apple skin 500 mg. he has afib is 75 and is taking Metoprolol and digoxin.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Atrial fibrillation and use of digoxin for that is contraindication for any erectile dysfuncrion use. Although these products are herbal but these still have the ability to interact with heart problem. specially shalajit and this longifolia.
I would strictly not recommend and if you need further clarification and safe alternatives talk to a sex therapist or get these products approved by your heart doctor first. Self medication prior to that may have lethal circumstances.
