Can A CMIA Test After 6-8 Weeks Of Exposure Be Conclusive?

Question: Did a HIV COMBO CMIA TEST on 85th day post exposure. Came out negative (0.13).

1. Is CMIA Combo test conclusive on 85th day?

2. Should I get an ELISA test also done for conformity?

3. Is 85 days outside window period.. Or it is 90 days? I am reading different things on internet.. Some say 84 days (12*7 = 84).. Some say 90, which one is correct?
