Brief Answer:
Add prokinetic drug to prevent reflux to get rid of metallic taste.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
Reflux of bile or acid causes change in pH of the mouth.Usually mouth is neutral or basic in pH but regurgitation of bile or acid may cause change in pH to acidic which acts as a medium of growth for pseudomonas and other bacteria's.
These bacterium produces toxins which causes change in taste of mouth.
Get a swab culture test to rule out the bacterial infection.
Secondly ask your doctor to add Domperidon or levosulpiride to pantoprazole to prevent reflux of acid( Prokinetic drug).
Once Prokinetic medicine is added you would feel much better.
Hope I was helpful,
