Brief Answer:
Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
MRCP and CT scan would rule out all the structural issues related to gallbladder, bile duct and pancreas.
But there are a few functional issues like gallbladder dysmotility, sphincter of Oddi dysfunction which cannot be diagnosed with MRCP or CT scan and may require other tests.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Does it rule out cancers of the bile ducts?
I had these test and my Lft,ggt, lipase, amylase and ultrasound of the abdomen were all normal.
I still have the mild pain under the right ribs and right flank with excessive gas.
What could be the reason for my symptoms?

I have also done an endoscopy and stool test for h-pylori and elastase all normal

Also, the dysfunction and motility issues are they serious and do my symptoms and my evaluation lead to anything serious ?

Also, after I eat something fatty in nature I feel like acid is hitting my stomach walls and it feels inflamed and hurts a bit with lot of belching.
Is it a bile duct thing or something to do with acid irritating my stomach?
Like Gerd or gastritis?
I have also done an upper Endoscopy again normal

Could a musculoskeletal pain last for 4 months without aggravating ? It’s pretty constant and feels like it’s always there.
Does this sound more like a referred pain or a functional pain, I am not able to distinguish between the 2?
Will Tylenol cause reflux or acidity?

Yes musculoskeletal pain can persist like that.
But I have mentioned about functional pain as the first possibility in my previous post.
No Tylenol will not cause reflux or acidity.
