Can A TENS Machine Help In Relieving Tendonitis?

Question: I have tendonitis in my elbow and bicep which I initially picked up at the gym. Onset was gradual. Have had it for approx. 2 months. I am trying to rest it but I keep exacerbating it in the course of my normal life. Now everything effects it i.e. washing dishes, vacuuming. Have tried physio and acupuncture. Acupuncture seemed to help but it gets reinjured at work, thus undoing the acupuncture. I was thinking of buying a TENS machine to perhaps promote blood flow to the area in an effort to give the healing process a helping hand. Any thoughts on this or any other therapies that may work?

I have studied your case. There is no need to buy tens as it is not going to give permanent benefit . You need to follow these steps.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Steroid injection can be given by orthopaedic doctor.it provides good long time solution.
3.Tennis elbow bad should be worn during day time.
4.Tablet collegen or powder collagen should be taken for three months.
5. After three months you can gradually start Gym exercises.
