Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
UTI s cannot causebyou to loose control over bowel movements.
Having loose stools can make them more difficult to be controlled.
You have been on different rounds of antibiotics and I guess you may be having diarrhea as side effect of the antibiotics.
Having probiotics can help you restore the intestinal flora.
Hope I have answered aquestion.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Then took the UTI test after 3 days of urinating everywhere... the day after I started the antibiotics (Cipro) is when the "turds" started... What do I need the do??
Brief Answer:
Sphincter dysfunction possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I am sorry about this situation. It doesn't seem related to UTI or using antibiotics. Take some probiotics.
This seems more complicated than an UTI.
It seems related to anal sphincter dysfunction .
I think you should visit a proctologist to check you and to a neurologyst also.
