I'm on disability. I worked on the medical floor which is ver stressful. That wasn't my question. My question was can a bipolar stable person be a power of attorney for health care.

That's why I'm on disability and finally stable because I'm avoiding allwork related stress. My psyche says if I go back to work I could relapse.
