Question: Can a breast implant cause mental illness?

This is about my sister. Her name is XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
I called the police on her on Easter.

On 4/20/14 I spent all day cleaning for the family. My adult kids were not with me. XXXXXXX was in his room.
On 4/20/14 between 10am - 11:56am I went inside coming from out of storage. As I walk into the house from the back door. I enter into the dining room walking closer to the forure where the kitchen is. My sister is standing right there putting her Easter food on the counter of the Kitchen. Her 2 grandchildren babies were entering inside. I spoke to the girl and state, "I like yalls dress." My sister then yells at me, "Don't talk to them." XXXXXXX (her son) yells, "Don't say nothing to me either". What did I do? All I said was a nice thing.
On 4/20/14 at 11:56am I called East Baton Rouge Sheriff out here for prevention protection to stop something before it happens. In letting the Officers know what she is doing. She turns her kids away from me and mine too. (I don’t like this, please stop that).
Later after calling the East Baton Rouge Sherriff (Deputy Caruso, and Shillings) out additional activity went on after officers departed from Residence. My sister (with previous 4 last. Had been four times) stated to me, “Thank God these two Deputies that came here are my friends, and they will not put up with you, they are all for on my side”. On 4/20/14 at 12:54pm an Easter egg hunt took place in the back yard at my parent and our home. My sister had been walking in the back yard toward the two birdhouses. My sister had stated to me, “You such a Devil”. I then stated to my sister, “You call me a Devil, huh!” My sister stated, “No the devil has more stuff on you”. During this Activity XXXXXXX XXXXXXX received a phone call from ITT TECH Representative name XXXXXXX Fitch at YYYY@YYYY called to make a student check up call. The whole time XXXXXXX XXXXXXX was on the phone with XXXXXXX Fitch with ITT TECH. My sisters son was over to the left of this photo that I took (unseen in photo) was telling saying she is on the phone with the Sherriff (I was not). Here is a photo of where this took place at the time.
She uses cops to be close to them to protect herself from other saying something is wrong with others and not her, and/or from getting arrested from any crime she may have done.
My father had been wearing a beard for a very long time. I had been telling him his beard is getting too long, that he needs to shave it. He did. Dad placed his shaved beard in a plastic zip lock bag. Later all my sister was wondering what that was. One stated, "Haven't you noticed dad shaved his beard". My other older sister (the one that's married to my daughters dads brother) stated, "Someone probably pulled it out of the trash and put it in the bag". I did not. My father can witness to his own doings to this.

Description/List of Peggy XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Behavior
• At Childhood she used knives/knife on her ankle between trying to carve her initial before she turned adult age.
• At sixteen she administers cigarettes to minors. One minor was her sister at 12 years old.
• Leads others to do things against their will. The ones that are held against their will are afraid to say anything. Orders others to do something illegal.
• Never wants to believe what other say that is true. This causes physical harm to the environment.
• Smell things other do not smell.
• Communicate with non-family or other family member to stop them from contact their family member in thinking something is wrong with them.
• Lack of feeling or emotions.
• Split Personality caused by being raised by twins within birth order.
• Uses Breast Implant for sexual deeds to be in competition with others caused by Jealousy within.
• Hallucinates in thinking her hallucination is someone else.
• Very Depressed although she may see happy at times.
• Criticizes family members. Cause other to be against each other.
• Peggy has instant mood changes.
• Always believes that what is wrong with her is wrong with surrounding others and not with her.
• Runs from place to place trying to escape loved ones.
• Makes plan to do things as if people are a game of chess in life way before it occurs that affects others.
• Peggy tries to predict things that believe will happen that is unseen.
• Rub on head for no reason.
• Disorganized Mind
• When her child was growing up. The children had bruises from abusive punishment.
• Always nervous.
• Peggy Stay Fatigue all the time, but yet is constantly blaming other. She seems as if she never gets any rest are sleep. Never seem to slow down when the body need it.
• Has a suicidal behavior
• Upon being raised by twins of Schizophrenia parent. This has brought on split personality.
• Has a very high Jealousy behavior that can lead to a crime.
• Does not stay into one marriage do to fear?
• Uses marriage for placement to prostitute instead of on the streets.
• Over controlling other in her life.

We are not close. She just comes here from time to time to see her parents and bring her grandkids. We do not ride together. My daughter lost her father in 2004. She then married a forth time. My daughter fathers name was XXXXXXX Her husband now name is XXXXXXX What is she trying to cover up with this? His last name is XXXXXXX He is a police officer in their town. What was her point in using the last name to try to Dunc (Dunk) in using his name? As an arrest. Why has she married four times. What is she running from? She stay close to officers to prevent from getting arrested for any crime she may have done.
