Can A Breastfeeding Mother Take A Drink That Contains Carrom, Honey And Lemon And Another Drink That Has Cinnamon, Sage, Mint, Ginger And Beetle Leaf?
Question: A 28 year woman ( presently lactating ) is taking two drinks one early in the morning and the other late in the night before going to bed. The drinks are : 1 ) carrom water ( soaked overnight ) with honey and lemon 2) boiling the ingredients ( cinnamon, sage, mint, ginger, beetle leaf ) adding honey after it gets cool and drinking. I want to know Is it okay to take these drinks by a breast feeding mom ( baby Is 4 months old )
