Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns. CT scan with oral contrast can detect gastric ulcer but unfortunately it is not accurate .. This means that it can miss the presence of gastric ulcers easily and it is not the method of choice in diagnosing gastric ulcers.. The method of choice is upper GIT endoscopy.
