I had bizarre symptoms for many years starting at age 18, that I can remember. those continued all thru adulthood. There were no diagnosis until age 60, after a work-up at Mayo Clinic. I did not ever remember the pyelonephritis until I read it 'on line' and it triggered the memory. I don't know if there is Arterial Hypertension? I take Atenelol for a sometimes rapid heart beat, but I do not have high blood pressure.

So, many causes may lead to this disorder.
