Brief Answer:
You can give

Detailed Answer:
Hi...you can give. But I will suggest you a small logical option.
In a baby of this age when you are starting to give new semisolid foods, its better yo try one variety of cereal or fruit or preparation per week. In this way if the baby is allergic to some ingredient we will immediately know and can stop that particular food temporarily.
If everything is given in too short a time and if diarrhea occurs we will not be in a position to point out at any one particular food.

Suggestions on feeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
1. You can give both in one day if she is already tolerating these fruits.
2. You can add sugar or salt to ragi. But too much ragi will cause constipation.
3. Give sprouted ragi.
4. Do not add cow's milk till atleast 6 months of age.

Brief Answer:
Suggestion on baby feeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
After 6 months age you can start giving Cerelac stage one rice or Nestum rice stage 1 etc. All are same in calories and energy. Only thing is palatability which is subjective for each kid.
Other home-made food options will be -
1. Daal and rice well cooked and made into a porridge along with ghee
2. Boiled apple or banana and mashed into a paste.
3. Any made cereal porridge preparation with additional ghee added.
Remember certain principles like -
1. Add one food material / cereal or fruit per week. This will be useful because if he develops vomiting or diarrhoea, we will know what to avoid.
2. Add vegetables and fruits made into a paste surely to avoid constipation.
3. Do not add too much sugar as it may cause diarrhoea.

Storing Breast milk

It is normal for pumped milk to vary in color, consistency and scent depending on your diet. Stored milk separates into layers. Cream will rise to the top. Gently swirl the warmed bottle to mix the milk layers.

You can continue to add small amounts of cooled breast milk to the same refrigerated container throughout the day. Avoid adding warm milk to already cooled milk.

Pumped milk may be added to frozen milk provided it is first chilled and the quantity is less than what is frozen.

Freeze milk in two (2) to five (5) 30ml portions. Small amounts will thaw more quickly. You will waste less milk this way and will avoid over-feeding. Aqueous liquids expand when frozen. Be sure to leave some extra room at the top of the container so the bottle or bag won't burst.

Seal containers tightly. Write the date on a piece of tape on the bag or bottle. Use the oldest milk first.

All the formulas are the best and the same.
