Can A Good Shampoo Remove The Dandruff ?
Question: I have dandruff or white flakes on my hair, not a lot but if i stroke my hair, white flakes fall, had this problem for 7, 8 years now.
Also i have dry skin on my head like if i don't put oil on my head i can see dry skin on my forehead and it is visible in the front hairline, nowdays not a lot as i regularly oil my scalp but somewhat is there.
Can a good shampoo remove the dandruff ?
Also in the past year my hair have started to become very thin.

Hello
You must avoid oiling.
Oil acts as a food for fungus and can cause increase in severity of acne.

Okay, but i have noticed if i don't apply oil my hair tends to become dry and after a day or two i get itching in the center of my head.
Lastly, i noticed the dryness has gone from my head but the dandruff remains, like the white flakes are very less but when i come after taking a bath if i mildy scratch my head the white flakes are still wet so they get accumulated in my nails as a whole but the skin doesn't seem to be dry.
So should i still use the same thing you advised like the Noskurf lotion and sebowash shampoo?
Thankyou again for all the help!

Brief Answer:
Use medication
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It will take at least one month for adequate response.
Continue with the medication.
You can apply oil once in 7 days, that should be adequate to take care of dryness.
Once you feel that scalp is clear you can reduce the application of Noskurf to once a week.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
