Question: Do I have a high thyroid, Isit the reason I am putting so much weight.

From the report you attached the TSH level is high suggesting for under active thyroid.
Under active thyroid may be a cause of weight gain or difficulty in loosing weight.
Treatment with levothyroxine should be started and the symptoms get improved within 6 weeks.
You should know also that it is a chronic disease and the treatment is longlife.
