Brief Answer:
Yes it can cause pressure in the sinuses.

Detailed Answer:
HI Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

As per your symptoms there is a high possibility for maloccluded teeth to produce symptoms of blocked sinus due to impaired movement of sinus fluid.

This can be confirmed through a CT scan of the paranasal sinuses.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Bracing can correct this malocclusion.

Detailed Answer:
H Sir,

I understand your concern.

Definitive surgical procedure associated with bracing can help to improve the malocclusion.

This will certainly improve the airflow on the side which you are currently experiencing the difficulty.
