Question: Can a sebaceous cyst drain on its own after 10 years ? I never really tried epsom salt and sitz baths. Is possible this could still work? I included a picture. Also, if go to an Obgyn can she drain this in the office ?

Sebaceous cyst can drain only the sebum. Any cyst needs to be encluated means the secretary lining has to be removed. Cyst has to be totally removed.
Simply draining may cause a recurrence means will refill again.
Hence request your Gyn to remove it in toto or refer to the Surgeon who can do it.
