Brief Answer:
Squishing could indicate possible soft tissue injury
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Considering your symptoms, the possibility of a bony injury of the skull is very high.
Squishing might possibly be related to scalp injury.
But it's very important to rule out an organic brain injury.
Hence it's important to get a CT Scan of Brain at the earliest to determine further course of action.
Further management if any is largely based on test results.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
