Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

Because of the, suffered to the tooth including the fracture this could allow for bacteria to enter the fractured region and contribute to an infection.

Infection can put pressure on nerves involved in this area of the body which would create pain in the jaw.

I suggest that you visit with your local dentist for a comprehensive examination. X-rays maybe helpful as well as antibiotics.

Thanks again for sending your question.

Sincerely,
