Can Acid Reflux Cause This Sour Taste And Burnt Feeling On My Tongue ?

Question: Hello
I have been experiencing a sort of sour taste in my mouth for a couple of weeks. I also have some bumps along the sides of my tongue that I assumed were teeth marks from clenching.
I have an appt with a GI in January but am incredibly anxious. I did have a few episodes of heart burn and reflux into my mouth and started 20 mg of omeprazole 2x a day for the last few days per my Dr. I also seem to have some mucas pooling in my throat but have a history of allergies. Can reflux cause this sour taste and burnt feeling on my tongue that comes and goes? I am so worried it is neurological but am fine otherwise

I have relief from the heart burn but occasionally have a feeling of something coming back into my throat. No pain. But the sour taste comes and goes. Not sure if the scalloped tongue is related. Just so worried it is a brain issue.

Also can stress and anxiety contribute to reflux?
