Question : Can allergies affect your eyes, my left eye feels heavy and is twitchy

Allergies do affect eyes. However usually they progress to involve both eyes rather than single one. I would like to know since when you have those symptoms and how did it begin (acute or insidious)

Every since allergy season started its like my sinuses are draining on one side and it was more gradual about a month now

I understand you are affected by allergy this season. It should settle down with a brief course of antiallergy and regular steam inhalation.

Along with antiallergy pills, you should also consider using eye lubricants. Sometimes regular use of allergy pills leads to eye dryness and the twitching / heaviness. I would keenly observe the symptoms during and after the use of eye lubricants (artificial tears). If heavyness and twitching persists, I will want you to be evaluated by your physicians.
