Question: I notice when my seasonal allergies are extreme, ie pollen , ragweed etc, my face and eyes swell?

This is severe form of allergic reaction.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Swelling of face, eyes, lips, hoarseness of voice (angioedema) are seen when allergy is severe.
So during this time you need intravenous injection of antihistamine and steroid drugs for quick recovery.
You should also take combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs daily to prevent such episodes.
