Can Allopurinol And Potassium Citrate Help Cure Gout?
Question: Hi someone recommended I take allopurinol and potassium citrate together to help with uric acid gout and also help reduce the formation of calcium oxalate stones can u help

No I just read it from an article by XXXXXXX Coe me as he strongly recommends potassium citrate for reducing uric levels and helping prevent calcium oxalate stones why don't u rec it thanks

Well it may help but since it is not the standard therapy for gout so i would not recommend it . Also I would advise you to stick with allopurinol only .
