Can An MRI Scan Be Used To Detect Abnormalities In The Liver?

Brief Answer:
no mass or changes seen
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
MRI is one of the best imaging techniques available though all the imaging techniques mentioned are all good at picking up any dangerous changes in the body.
If all of the of the imaging techniques show no growths or masses then none are likely present.
These imaging would look at all of the solid organs (Eg liver, kidneys, pancreas, gallbladder, spleen, bladder etc) .
The fact that they are all clear, means that there is no growth seen or present
I hope this helps , feel free to ask any other questions
