Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.

As per your complain abscessed teeth if left untreated can caused severe pain and swelling and if the infection keeps progressing it can spread to deeper soft tissues leading Cellulitis and Facial space infections..

Also in few cases there an be septicemia due to entering of the infection in blood stream..

In a very few cases the infection can reach heart and can cause infection like Infective Endocarditis..

I would therefore suggest you to get proper evaluation of your teeth done by consulting a Dentist followed by x rays and at time if teeth are in a condition to be saved Root Canal Treatment can be done followed by capping of teeth..
This will help in saving then and you will not need to get them extracted..
