Can An Electric Shock Effect The HIV Antibody Test?

Question: In Feb 2014 I had unprotected sex with a ex-girlfriend, fast forward to July 2014 and I was electrically shocked at work (high voltage, low amps). Following the shock, I felt a bit tired, constipated, lack of appetite and a slight weight loss. I had taken a HIV antibody test in October (8 months past possible exposure) and it came back negative. I was just wondering if that electric shock could have altered the results in anyway. Or is it safe to say 8 months after, that Im conclusively negative.
also, wanted to note my DR did a ultrasound and blood work as well as an EKG and everything came back normal, the shock hurt but it did not leave any burn marks, or even knock me out or back at all. It was a VERY quick shock. (almost like a car spark plug)

Brief Answer:
Electrical shock does not alter HIV test...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry about the sad experience with electrical shock. I am also very happy to know that nothing serious happened to you.
Now, with regards to HIV infection, if the test in October resulted negative, then, nothing to worry about HIV (YOU DO NOT HAVE IT).
Furthermore, electrical shock does not change anything with HIV infection, so do not worry about any altered result.
All the best!
