Brief Answer:
Taking contraceptive pill will not serve any purpose now .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you were in period of ovulation and has protected sex however the condom broke out. Though your male partner is sure about that he has not ejaculated the possibility of few sperms being present in precum and resulting in to conception can not be ruled out .

You can take any emergency pills like I pill within 48 hours of the intercourse. .

I would suggest you to wait till expected date of your period and in case you miss your period get urine test for pregnancy done one week after missed period to be rest assured about pregnancy .

Consult qualified Gynecologist for evaluation and further help .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
