Can An Endometrium Thickness Measuring 3.9mm Lower The Chances Of Conception?
Question: Hi Doctor,
I am 25 years old. I have regular period.
My endometrium measures 3.9 mm on cycle day 12. Endometrium cavity is empty.
I have vitamin D deficiency which is 6.17 ng/ml.
I have been trying to conceive for 7 months.
Is it possible for me to conceive naturally.
Please help.
Thanks in advance.

Brief Answer:
You need further investigations.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
As your endometrium thickness is less than 5mm the chances of conception are less in your case.
But before going for any decision, you must get your hysterosalpingography test done and you have to go for your hormonal profile(LH,FSH,AMH,thyroid and FBS) and husband semen analysis
You can take progesterone to support your pregnancy and ovulation induction drug to induce ovulation.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
Regards
