Brief Answer:
Please clarify few questions detailed below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have and have nocturia due to Enlarged prostate.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) What is the size of the prostate reported on Ultrasound Scanning ?
2) What is the volume of Post Void Residual urine reported in scanning ?
3) How is your urine flow normal or poor ?

The modality of treatment for enlarged prostate is decided on quality of life and severity of symptoms .

The result of medical line of treatment(Fenasteride and other drugs ) are short lived and does not improve quality of life and does not cure prostatitis associated with enlarged prostate With recent advancement in field of endoscopic surgery the results of surgery are rewarding with less morbidity and offers permanent cure .

I would be able to make precise suggestions after your feedback .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
