Can An Ultrasound Detect A Pregnancy At 12th Week?

Question: Hi doctor, hope you well. I am just curious about something. Before 12 weeks I had like abit of a stomach and now this is the 12th week and my stomach has gone down. Is that normal? The doctor said I must go at 13 weeks for a scan. So il be going next week Tuesday InshaaAllah. Which will be about 13+2

Pregnancy can only be seen on stomach / abdomen after 14 weeks only that too mildly.

I dont see any reason to panic.

There will not be any harm to baby. Dont worry as everything is normal.
