Brief Answer:
neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The abnormal sensations are related to problems with the nerves.

It would be called neuropathy. This is abnormal function of the nerves. It may be permanent or temporary.
Anemia caused by vitamin b12 or folate deficiency can be a cause.

Anemia can cause fatigue but this can occur with any chronic illness due to the affect on the body.

There are different possible causes of neuropathy such as: (1) vitamin b12 or folate deficiency as mentioned
(2)diabetes
(3)trauma to the nerves that supply the area eg if there is arthritis in the back, it can affect the nerves leaving to back that go to the legs
(4)liver or kidney disease
(5)exposure to toxins
(6)neurological conditions such as stroke or ms
(7)side effect of medication
(8)infection such as shingles

To determine the cause of your symptoms, you would need to be assessed by your doctor. He or she would need to determine the exact area of the body involved which would indicate the level of the spine involves (which part of the back those particular nerves are coming from).

Would likely due a neurological examination and suggest investigations

There are medications that can be used to help which would require a prescription from your doctor eg lyrica, gabapentin, tegretol, cymbalta, amitriptyline

These are anti depressants or anti seizure medications that are used to help with nerve issues even in persons who do not have depression or seizures

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
