Can Annual Flu Vaccine To Prevent Recurrent Upper Respiratory Tract Infect?

Question: Hello Doctor,
I’m a 34 year old male with normal health and lab blood check up results.
I suffer from ibs and anxiety but my question is :
Why do I always catch a sinus infection or a cold/flu after I start exercising for an only 1 week.
I seldom get the flu or sinus infection all year long but as soon as I get myself on the track of exercising I then fall sick.
What can I do to prevent this and start exercising without knockouts
Please note:
I take daily vitamins B,C,D, Magnesium, probiotics, eat very well and drink plenty of water
Non smoker
Please help I want to exercise like normal people
