Brief Answer:
You can use these products - Usefulness is not proven though

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Hypertension as well as anti-hypertensive drugs can cause erection problems.

First thing will be to control blood pressure on minimum possible drugs. Your physician will help you in this.

The products which you have mentioned are claimed to be useful but there are no clinical and medical literature/evidence for their efficacy. Their effect is doubtful.

Its better to use drugs like tadalafil for erection problems but only under doctor's supervision.

Hope this helps.
