Brief Answer:
All is fine and stress scan cause increased sugars.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Anxiety generally causes increased blood sugars values as a results of mobilisation from the stores. This is totally normal and expected. Your fasting blood sugar and the A1C are perfectly normal and we require no further investigations about this. There is no reason to even get worried about a possible diabetes given your findings.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
