Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to anxiety or musculo-skeletal pain.

Nevertheless, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes
- a chest X ray study
- complete blood count, ESR, PCR for inflammation.

If all these tests result normal, there is nothing to worry about!

Meanwhile, I recommend taking some ibuprofen for the pain. If it helps relieve your symptoms, it would be another argument in favor of musculo-skeletal pain or inflammation.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
