Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your symptoms are not of cardiac origin and you need to stop taking stress.

However still to be on the safe side I would like to suggest you to repeat one ecg and get a chest X-ray done.

Also start doing yoga / meditation it will help to reduce stress and anxiety.

Most importantly if you smoke the STOP SMOKING.

I hope this information will answer your query

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
As per your details your stress test was negative so the possibility of having a cardiac issue is very much unlikely in your case.

The other reason for this kind of pain can be muscular. You can try taking some muscle relaxant when you experience such pain like COMBIFLAME.

I hope this will be helpful.

Kind regards
