Brief Answer:
Possible Anxiety disorder
Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am
I can certainly understand your concern.
I have worked through your attached query in detail.
In presence of normal blood sugar levels, the possibility of anxiety contributing to your symptoms is very high.
Additionally it's advisable to screen yourself for low blood pressure (orthostatic hypotension).
In presence of normal blood pressure and sugar levels, it's advisable to screen yourself cardiac or cerebrovascular disease though two dimensional Echocardiogram and MRI scan of brain.

Thank you for your timely response I have had a full cardiac evaluation and have seen a neurologist I have been diagnosed as having chronic gastritis which is greatly effected by stress should I deduce that my symptoms are stress related rather than low sugar
Brief Answer:
Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy is required
Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am
Yes I do agree with you. Chronic gastritis can be worsened by stress.
It's advisable to adequately treat chronic gastritis by appropriate antireflex and antacid medication at the earliest.
Likewise an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy is required to assess the severity of Gastritis.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications and tests to you.
