Can Atrial Fibrillation Cause A Heart Attack?
Question: I am certain I had a mild heart attack Tuesday. I feel going to Emergency is harder than working through it. I had open heart surgery about 10 years ago and have had a fib on and off the last few years. Is there something I should be doing to help the process of improvement?

You should be medicine like Aspirin 150 mg once a day, tab Clopidogrel 75 mg once a day, tab Atorvastatin 20 mg once a bedtime, tab Pantoprazole 40 mg beforebreakfast once a day and also will need nitroglycerin 2.6 mg twice a day at 8 am and 4 pm, beta blockers like metoprolol dose depends on your blood pressure and pulse rate. So you need to visit the doctor as early as possible for these medicine because prevention is better and once heart gets damaged it will not recover.
You should also get ecg, echocardiography done. Also, there is a need for angiography.
