Can Autoimmune Antiphospholipid Syndrome Cause Fatigue, Weight Loss, Tingling And Pain Throughout The Body?
Question: I have had Unexplained weight loss generalized weakness, tingling and pain in all extremities getting worse the last 2 weeks. Went to ER. No diagnosis. No viral or blood clots. I have autoimmune antiphospholipid syndrome. Not getting alot better after 2 weeks. Hiring help. INR 1.9 @ ER, WBCs 15. Discharged 2 days later with unknown weakness, INR 4.7 and almost normal WBCs. Home health provided. I am a nurse and have no idea what could be happening. Started steroid dose pack today because, nerve pain, tingling, numbness in arms and legs is really hurts a nd feels strange. Comments? What do I do now?
