Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You have multiple problems and are getting treated for some of them.
Back pain, arthritis, bad knees, bad feet - all of these problems are related to being overweight. Restricting the calorie intake and indulging in a regular exercise regime will help in reducing these problems. Ulcerated stomach and IBS needs dietary changes.
Avoid hot and spicy foods and beverages - they worsen symptoms.
If you smoke, stop smoking.
Eat small but frequent meals at regular intervals.
Avoid lying down immediately after a meal. A minimum of 2-3 hours should be lapsed after a meal.
Raise the head of your bed 6 to 8 inches by securing wood blocks under the bedposts. Just using extra pillows will not help.
I hope this answers your query.

Pain killers are needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Pain killers are needed to control the pain and then to maintain an active lifestyle. You need to get hydrocodone prescribed from your physician. Till then Aleve can help you to some extent.
