Brief Answer:
No, you would rather be unable to stool and pass gas with pain!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Blocked intestines present with inability to pass stool and gas, abdominal pains and vomiting. Diarrhea and smelly gas is not suggestive of a blocked intestine. If this is something that happened just today, I will advice that you stay relaxed and monitor again as most of this is caused by mixing several different food types.

What is the colonoscopy for? If it i for routine screening, that's fine. However, if it is for what you have reported I will suggest that you don't as this is unlikely to be a reason to undertake colonoscopy at this time.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
