Brief Answer:
basic tests only

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern, but to make a diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, you need to see a rheumatologist.
All blood test are just supportive tool, not confirmatory test to diagnose one with these conditions.

Still I advice you to go for ESR, CRP blood test - these are basic inflammatory blood test. Based on the results of those two tests we can go further to check - HLA B27 and Rheumatoid factor. Besides these we also need to have couple of X-ray x ray - X ray Pelvis and X ray both hands.

Hope this will help

Take care
