Brief Answer:
You can!

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You can take these blood thinners with the NSAIDs if you are in pain. However, it would be good to avoid taking NSAIDS for long as this might further make it easier for bleeding. Between, what blood thinner are you on?

In all, punctual NSAIDS while on blood thinners isn't proscribed. Continued use is cautioned.

Hope I have answered your query.
