before giving the test after 12 weeks there is no any medicine to take to prevent for safety.after 12 weeks may be it is positive then what is the solution.is there anything i can take for prevention?

I recommend a 2 drug regimen for you consisting of Zidovudine plus tenofavir. This combination has to be taken for 28 days. Check for HIV after 4 weeks, 6 and then at 2 months.
I have to add here that Post exposure prophylaxis is usually not initiated 72 hours after exposure however I suggest that you approach a physician with this history. I also suggest you to get a HIV viral load done at 4 weeks
