Brief Answer:
30 hours enough

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Thank you for posting to us, and I understand your concern

Ketorolac has a half life of 5-6 hours. It takes 4-5 half lives duration for a drug to be completely eliminated from our body. So you can resume feeding after 24-30 hours of last dose taken.

I hope this will answer your query.
