Question: i had breast cancer in 2006 stage 2 and again in 2020 stage 3 - imso far all ok but last 4 werks had a cough and now lost my voice and worried cancer is back.

Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.

Most common causes of cough and lost voice are not related to cancer but possibly to a viral or bacterial infection.
If you are afraid of cancer being the cause of the cough you may need o do a x-ray of chest and also do the common follow up examinations you periodically do for cancer.
Possibly you CT scan once be a year and CEA, Ca 15-3 and calcium levels. If last examinations were ok you don't have to worry.
