Can Chewing On Nuts Damage The Nissan Wrap And Cause Stomachache?
Question: Nissan wrap done 4 months ago . Longer recovery than anticipated .... lost 50 lbs since XXXXXXX . appetite slowly returning....have been compliant..... yesterday had nuts
For protein.....chewed 1/3rdof a cup...have had stomach pain ever since.

Don't start taking protein in form of nuts.Nuts are very rich in proteins and are hard to digest.See we have to start things gradually.Intially i would suggest you to take predigested protein powder for few days then after that start taking light and easily digestible cooked proteins.
You can take predigested proteins but try to split a scoob into 6 parts and take 1 part every 2 hours.
