Question: Can chigger bites around the panty line & waist spread, looking more like welts?

It has been 4 weeks since I was on a farm and got the bites on my thighs. Now the welts are around my waist and upper front legs, too.It is very itchy. I am usually in good health, but take 40 mg daily, Nadolo,l for High Blood Pressure/ palpitations.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. There are a couple of things I need to ask. The first thing is whether you have been suffering from fever in this period. The next thing I would ask from you is for you to upload an image of the affected area. Based on your input I would guide you further. You can take some antiallergic like benadryl or cetirizine and that should help with the itchiness. Also apply some emollient like aloe vera lotion.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
