Can Chlamydia Infection Be Transmitted Sexually?

Question: my partner tested positive for chlamydia so i was tested and came up negative even though we were having unprotected sex the whole time. how is this possible.

If you are not infected then you can not transmit the infection. Yes , an object such as a sex toy can transmit such an infection if its contaminated with the organisms of chlamydia.
